What Are Nightly Notes?
- They're the opposite of Morning Pages.
- So they're written at night instead of first thing in the morning.
- They are typed instead of handwritten,
- They're public instead of private,
- They're guided by questions instead of flowing freely
- A completed entry consists of six questions and six answers instead of three pages
- Since they are public others are allowed to comment on them
For an interesting variation on daily writing see 100 words.

It is 11:53 pm.
- who impressed me the most today? I impressed myself. I did two things that most people do without much thought or undue stress but which really make me nervous; 1-drove on the expressway, 2-drove at night.
- what did I do all day? workshop out of county and then I attended the Kentucky Arts Councils Long Range Planning meeting at KCA
- when did I leave the house today? 11:30
- where did I go today? Oldham County - it's a nice drive out Old LaGrange road but it takes almost 3x's as long as the expressway. So I did scenic going, speed coming back.
- why didn't I get more done today? long drive + long meeting = not as much time in the house
- Queston for you? What "normal" thing do you avoid?
